Introduction to Heat Network Delivery Models (Online)

A workshop hosted by the HNSU and led by Scottish Futures Trust, to inform organisations of various delivery models/commercial structures which facilitate heat network development.

Come along to learn more about the drivers and why organisations should act now, the range of delivery models/commercial structures which can facilitate the delivery of heat networks, and how to select a heat network delivery model to suit your organisation and project objectives. The workshop will also cover the funding and support available to bring projects from concept to capital readiness and delivery. You’ll hear from experts in the field, as well as organisations who can share their experiences in the development and operation of heat network projects.

This workshop would be informative for local authorities and other public sector organisations (but not exclusively), especially senior officers (directors and heads of service) with responsibility for finance, procurement, legal, economic development and heat network project delivery.
