Local Heat and Energy Efficiency Strategies are being developed and published by all 32 of Scotland's Local Authorities. 

 
 

 

Glasgow City Council was the first to publish their draft strategy for consultation, which is now closed, but you can catch up on the recording of a webinar on the topic created by LocoHome Retrofit, a Scottish cooperative for retrofit here.  

In the past couple of weeks Fife Council and Comhairle nan Eilean Siar (Western Isles Council) have both published their respective LHEES drafts for public consultation.   You can access the documents, provide feedback and register for public engagement events at the links below:
